The Circuit Clerk is the clerk of the civil, domestic relations, criminal, juvenile and probate courts. Duties include maintaining a record of all proceedings of the civil, domestic relations, criminal, juvenile and probate courts, preparing the dockets for these courts, and preparing and filing summons, warrants, orders, judgments and injunctions authorized by the court.
